Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to refunds. Our refund policy is based on the timing of your request, as certain costs begin to add up for the league as we move through the season preparation process.

  • If the player withdraws prior to tryouts:
    No worries — we’ll refund your registration fees, minus the $25 tryouts costs.
  • If the player doesn't make the league after tryouts:
    No worries — we’ll refund your registration fees, minus the $25 tryouts costs.
  • If the player withdraws before the team placement:
    No worries — we’ll refund your registration fees, minus the $25 tryouts costs. 
  • If the player withdraws after the team placement but before the first game:
    We will refund 50% of your registration. Unfortunately, uniform and merchandise fees are not refundable since the items are produced by the vendor for each player. 
  • If the player withdraws after the first game:
    No refunds are issued at this point since the season has already started.

Additional Notes

  • If a player pays in full but does not attend evaluations, they are not eligible for the draft and will receive a refund minus $25 by November 1. 
  • Players on the waitlist as of December 15 will receive a full refund minus $25. 
  • If registration information is falsified, no refund will be issued and expulsion may occur. 
  • Refunds are credited to the card used at time of registration.
