FYB All-Star Program
Foothill Youth Basketball All-Star teams are grade level or division level teams made up of players who receive the high honor of being selected after being nominated for tryouts by their peers.
The program runs from February 5th through March 17th and entails practices, local scrimmages, and 1-2 tournaments - culminating in a tournament in the Sacramento area on March 16th-17th.
Eligible nominees will receive an invitation email from the President to join the tryouts by January 12th.
Tryouts to be held the week of January 16th-19th for boys, and January 22nd-23rd for girls. Click here for the schedule and here for the Commitment Form that is required for those who are selected to tryout.
Results will be posted here by January 18th (boys) and by January 24th (girls)

All-Star players who are selected have exhibited the following qualities:
- A great teammate
- Highly skilled basketball player for their age group
- Plays with passion and a positive competitive spirit
- Demonstrates a strong basketball IQ
- Physically strong and skilled enough to compete against the top players in the age or division group
- Possesses unique or highly versatile skills that compliments the rest of the All-Star team roster
- Has attended seventy percent of the season
